It is nothing new these days for famous people around the world to be part of a political party or to provide support if they think their ideas and politics are right. All this is completely understandable because all people want to live in orderly and well-organized states and therefore support politicians and parties they believe can provide that.
However, even though, for example, a Hollywood star is not interested in politics, it is always interesting to know the views of that famous person.
It is inevitable to say a few words about politics, especially when the elections are approaching, at least at the local level. However, as everybody knows, the next elections that will attract a lot of attention not only among the American media but also worldwide, are the U.S. presidential elections.
While the campaign is being waged by both Democrats (Joe Biden) and Republicans (Donald Trump), it is expected that celebrities who support either party will attract a lot of attention as well. Celebrities have some influence over voters, and maybe they can bring an advantage in this presidential race.
For example, on the Republican side are Clint Eastwood, Stephen Baldwin, Conor McGregor, etc. On the other hand, there are supporters in the Democrats camp such as Cardi B, Alyssa Milano, Mark Cuban, George Clooney, Robert De Niro, etc.
But, one famous actress attracts a lot of attention, primarily because her husband Mossimo Giannulli is allegedly active on the Republican side. It’s Lori Loughlin.
If you remember, this couple was in the spotlight last year because of the College Admissions Scandal. In case you have no idea what we are talking about, this scandal is related to the admission of students to top American universities.
The whole chain of people included parents who gave bribes in order for their children to be sent to a certain top university. When it comes to Lori and Mossimo, they paid about $500,000 with the goal of enrolling their two daughters at the University of Southern California.
Of course, they were all arrested and punished with a certain fine and hundreds of hours of community service (we mean primarily Lori and Mossimo).
You wonder, of course, what does this have to do with Lori Loughlin’s political views? Well, part of the money collected by the so-called “donations” was redirected to political candidates, but also to organizations that are connected with the Democrat party, while another smaller part was donated to the Republicans. What’s more, Mossimo is known as a supporter of the Republican party and President Donald Trump, and he allegedly directed his “donations” towards this party.
So, if we consider the fact that Mossimo Giannulli is committed to the Republicans, does that have an impact on the political views of his wife, Lori Loughlin? Well, according to certain sources, Lori also supports Republicans. But there are also sources that state that she has conservative views. Anyway, it is more realistic that she also supports the Republican party.
